Find or create a legal page
- Open Marketing → Pages → Custom pages.
- Open the existing Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy page. If it does not exist, choose Add Page.
- Use
terms-and-conditionsas the Terms & Conditions slug, orprivacy-policyas the Privacy Policy slug. Login screens and website footers link to those URLs. - Add or edit sections, save, then publish the page. Draft content is not shown publicly.
Previously saved legal documents are migrated into published pages with their original content and update dates. If an unrelated page already used the same slug, it is preserved as a draft under an available -legacy-page slug. The old Legal settings link redirects to the Pages list.
Pages remain available from the Marketing sidebar in Hosted, Embed and None modes. In None mode, the published legal URLs remain reachable even though other marketing pages are hidden.
Changing a legal page's slug, unpublishing it or deleting it removes its content from the URL used by existing legal links. Keep the expected slugs for documents you want those links to display.
