Review trainer coverage
Check which trainers can deliver or assess each course unit and maintain their coverage declarations.

Open Trainer matrix to review delivery and assessment coverage across active trainers.
In Units by course, select the course to see its units. Open course units, beside the course picker, opens that course's units. Each trainer has separate delivery and assessment declarations. Review their credentials and supporting evidence before changing those declarations.
When appointment scheduling is enabled, an Operational capabilities tab also shows the capabilities used to match trainers to bookings. Filters help you find a trainer or capability group. Currency indicators and explanations identify evidence that needs attention.
Use Trainer authorisation under Compliance to inspect the supporting trainer evidence. A coverage declaration alone does not replace credentials, industry currency or supervision evidence.
