See what you are authorised to deliver and assess, and record your own professional development for your RTO to confirm.

My Currency

Open the menu under your name in the trainer app and select My currency. The page shows what you are authorised to deliver and assess, what evidence is missing, and when your existing evidence expires. It reads the same authorisation check your RTO's compliance team sees, limited to you.

Access required

Sign in with a login linked to your trainer record to review your own position and record your own professional development. A colleague must confirm what you record before it counts.

Read your position

Each row is one Unit or product and Role (deliver or assess) declared for you, with:

  • Your position: Authorised, Conditional, Expiring or Not authorised
  • What is missing: each gap in plain words, or Nothing outstanding
  • Evidence expires: the earliest expiry among your supporting evidence, so you can renew before it lapses

Record your own professional development

You hold your own certificates, so you can record professional development yourself instead of emailing it to whoever maintains the records:

Select Record professional development

What kind of evidence is set to Professional development.

Describe it

In What was it, give enough detail for a colleague to confirm it. Enter When the activity happened. Add Valid until (optional) if the evidence expires.

Select Record

The record is stored against you and waits for your RTO to confirm it.

Your RTO records other kinds of evidence, such as vocational competence and industry currency, against the specific unit and role.

Note

Evidence you record about yourself stays pending until a colleague confirms it on the compliance team's Trainer authorisation screen. Nobody can confirm evidence about themselves, whatever their role, and once confirmed, the confirmer and confirmation time are fixed. Your record starts counting toward your authorisation only after that confirmation.

Tip

A professional development activity usually supports more than one unit, so evidence is recorded against you as a person, not against a single unit.
