Activity Feed

The activity feed is a chronological timeline of every meaningful event on a student, enrolment, or class. It's the audit trail you'd hand to an auditor, the troubleshooting timeline you'd scan during a support call, and the receipt that confirms an automation actually fired.

Access required

Choose the task you are doing. Each row is a separate action.

TaskRequired access

Where it appears

EntityWhere to find it
StudentStudent detail → Activity tab
EnrolmentEnrolment detail → Activity tab (recent events also appear on the Overview)

Student and class feeds also surface events from related enrolments, when a student's enrolment receives a unit outcome, that event shows on both the enrolment feed and the student feed (with the course/program name as a disambiguating label).

Pagination

The feed shows 50 events per page. Click Load more at the bottom to fetch the next page. Newest events first.

Scheduled automations that haven't fired yet appear in an Upcoming section above the historical feed, so you can see what's about to happen as well as what's already happened.

Event categories

Every event carries a small category tag above its title: Enrolment, Status, Pipeline, Email, SMS, Payment, Document, Progress, Assessment, Note, Automation, and so on, so a busy feed still scans by type at a glance. The feed itself is a single chronological timeline; there are no filter controls on any of the three views.

Linked events

Events that touch another entity are clickable. From a class feed, Student Enrolled drills into the student. From a student feed, Enrolled in Class drills into the class or course. This makes it easy to trace a chain of events across entities without losing context.

Tip

The activity feed is read-only. To add context, use the Notes feature on the student or enrolment, notes appear in the feed as Note Added events with the author's name.

Note

For raw database-level changes (CREATE / UPDATE / DELETE on every audited table with old/new values), see the Audit Log under Compliance. The activity feed is a curated, human-readable timeline; the audit log is the full forensic record.
