RTObase is a student management system, LMS and website builder for Australian Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). It replaces your SMS, LMS, website builder, student portal, employer portal, and AVETMISS reporting tool with one platform.
It also goes further than a traditional SMS. Most platforms only see the middle of the lifecycle, the training phase. RTObase covers the full loop: Enrol → Train → Complete → Monitor → Re-engage → Re-enrol.
Note
The website builder and enrolment embed are optional. RTObase runs as a complete standalone system, you can manage students, take bookings, and enrol students entirely from the dashboard. Publish a website or embed the enrolment page only when you want students to enrol themselves online.
