RTO Grow lists 100 LMS units on Launch and Grow, 250 on Scale, and unlimited on Enterprise. Its pricing page makes Lite LMS a $3,000/year add-on, while the homepage says five units are included. Content author + AI, website build, and Easy RTO plugin are included from Grow; confirm hosting terms. RTObase funded workflows provide QLD ATA exports and raw extracts for other states, with manual submission and authority-result reconciliation. CRICOS administration uses a manual PRISMS handoff.

If your current system can export AVETMISS NAT files, RTObase imports the student, program, unit and training-activity records they contain. You review everything before going live. NAT files do not carry every document, payment, note or communication from your old system.
