Assess against an accredited assessor
Record the assessment and the assessor. RTObase blocks a satisfactory result from an unaccredited or expired assessor.

Build the lodgement export
When a cohort is ready, RTObase produces the right export for your authority, the NSW authority file or the standard HRWL Assessment Summary spreadsheet.

You submit
Download the export and lodge it through the authority’s portal. The assessment outcome and notice number stay recorded against the enrolment.

So RTObase does the part that actually eats your time, recording the accredited assessment and building the export in the format the authority expects, and leaves the final submission, through the authority process, to you.
