Your RTO's morning admin list, in one conversation
Ask one question and see the learners, bookings and follow-ups that need attention. Less time opening reports means more time fixing the work.

The first job of the day should not be finding the work.
Yet that is how many RTO mornings begin. Open the enrolment list. Check USIs. Look for new booking requests. Scan payments. Read yesterday's notes. Then work out what needs attention first.
Each check is simple. Together, they take time.
The RTObase Admin Agent gives your team a simpler starting point: ask what needs attention.
Ask one question
The agent reads your current RTO records. It can find learners, enrolments, bookings, payments and recent activity.
You can ask:
- “Who has not started?”
- “Which students still have an unverified USI?”
- “Are there booking conflicts this week?”
- “What changed yesterday?”
You get the records behind the answer, not just a number.
If three learners have not started, you can see who they are. If a booking has a conflict, you can see the booking, student and class involved.
Keep asking without starting again
The useful part is the follow-up.
After asking who has not started, you can open one learner's enrolment. You can check their progress, contact details or recent activity. You do not need to leave the conversation and search for the same person again.
The same applies to a booking. Start with the week's conflicts, choose one result, then open the record that needs attention.
This is broader than Enrolment Insights. Enrolment Insights looks at the outlook for each active learner. The Admin Agent can also help with bookings, payments, messages and recent changes.
Spend time fixing the work
The biggest saving is not faster typing. It is less searching.
Your system already knows which learner has not started. It already knows which USI is unverified and which booking moved. Your team should not have to rebuild that picture every morning.
The agent brings the records together. Your team decides what matters most.
That last part stays important. The agent only knows what has been recorded. It does not know about a phone call that was never noted or a learner's circumstances that were never added to their record.
Finding the work is the starting point. Staff still decide who to contact, what support to offer and which issue comes first.
The morning can begin with one question instead of six reports.
Next Friday: how the agent opens the right form without making your team search through the dashboard.
If your team spends too much time finding the day's work, see the Admin Agent.

The most common audit finding: you can't prove you did it
The hardest ASQA findings aren't about whether you did the work, they're about whether you can prove it: who changed a competency outcome, when, and on what evidence. The case for an audit trail that already exists, instead of one you assemble under pressure.
