What it means
Triggers when a client is reported with postcode 'OSPC' (overseas) but their suburb appears on the Australia Post list of Australian suburbs (warning only).
How to fix it
Confirm the client is genuinely overseas; otherwise use the correct AU postcode for the suburb.
