What it means
Triggers when a training delivery organisation location is reported with postcode 'OSPC' (overseas) but its suburb appears on the Australia Post list of Australian suburbs.
How to fix it
Use the correct AU postcode for the suburb, or if a genuine overseas locality with an Australian suburb name, contact NCVER Client Support.
