What it means
Triggers when the client has a USI of 'INTOFF' but Funding source is '20 - Domestic Client-Other Revenue' or '31 - International onshore client - other revenue'.
How to fix it
Use offshore funding source (32) when USI is INTOFF, or correct the USI.
