What it means
Triggers when a subject is reported with Outcome identifier - national '61 - superseded subject' but the client has not also been reported with activity in a valid superseding subject on the National Register (TGA).
How to fix it
Report activity in a valid superseding subject on training.gov.au alongside the outcome-61 record.
