What it means
A mandatory address field (suburb, street number, or street name) is blank.
How to fix it
Enter the residential street address. A PO Box is not valid here. If the student does not provide one, tick "Residential street address not provided" on the student record and RTObase reports NOT SPECIFIED, the substitution NCVER sanctions for that case.
